Terms of Service

When you commission me you will be accepting to the following TOS:✧ Payment is through Paypal .✧ 50% of the payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.✧ I will send you a drive link when the commission and the payment are done.✧ I would appreciate if you send me photos of what you want me to draw, color palettes, poses or similar.✧ During the process you will be given sketchs to make sure the pose, character details, etc are correct. you can always request to have something changed during the sketching stage.✧ You can only ask for a full refund during the sketching phase, anything after that will not be refundable.✧ I don't do complex backgrounds, I can offer a background in transparent png or simple color.✧ Once the commission is finished i will ask you for permission to post it on my account. this will be done with a watermark to show that it is a commission.✧ You’re not allowed to make profit from my art. however, you are allowed to post it on your social media and use it as an icon crediting me.

About the overlay commissions:
✧ For now I only work on the overlays, therefore the commission does not include transitions.✧ If you are a vtuber streamer, I would be delighted if you could provide me with information about your character to add more personality to the design, such as: images of your model, theme, tastes, etc.✧ The package of overlays that I work with are usually a set of 4 screens, but if you need more, I can agree to make 2 additionnal screens without any extra charge.✧ I will be sending my progress constantly to know your opinion.✧ Once the art is finished I will send you a Google Drive link to the full resolution piece.✧ If you would like to edit the files, please let me know! If it's a simple change I can edit it myself without any cost <3.✧ Reselling of the files are also not permitted.✧ Credit is required for the usage of any content from the package.
